• Property and listing information you submit, including address, photos, disclosures, and offer terms.
• Identity and ownership verification data required for listing compliance.
• Usage data such as pages visited, device/browser type, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to operate the platform, communicate about your account, coordinate one-time MLS entry with local broker partners when you authorize a listing, improve the product, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers (hosting, email, storage, payments, property data), local broker partners for MLS entry when you authorize a listing, counterparties in a transaction as needed, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Dwella after changes means you accept the updated policy.
